The professional UYAR® MasterLine contact grill is designed for intensive use in fast food restaurants, sandwich shops, kebab shops and professional kitchens.

With an extra-large cooking surface of 52 x 24 cm and solid cast iron plates, it provides even heat distribution and fast, efficient cooking of sandwiches, flatbreads, toast, meat, fish and kebab bread.

The plates require no non-stick coating and are resistant to mechanical impacts.

The external stainless steel frame ensures robustness and durability. The adjustable thermostat (50° – 300°C) and the safety thermostat allow precise control, while the grease drip tray and the stainless steel scraper make daily cleaning easier.
